5-Axis TUBE LASER

Denver Waterjet LLC operates advanced 5-Axis tube laser equipment designed for precise cutting of round, square, and rectangular tubing, as well as structural shapes up to 6.75” in diameter. This technology delivers clean, accurate cuts that reduce the need for secondary operations and improve fit-up in welding and assembly. 

General capabilities include:

• Cutting a wide range of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Capacity – Any profile that fits within a 6.75” square profile up to 24’ in length
• Producing detailed features such as slots, holes, and notches directly in tube and pipe
• Supporting both one-off parts and high-volume production runs
• Completing projects quickly to meet short timelines without sacrificing quality

This process allows for consistent, high-quality components used in frames, railings, supports, and other fabricated structures.
